As a psychotherapist, yoga instructor, and Trust-Based Relational Practitioner, I incorporate mindfulness, expressive activities, and body and breathwork into therpay.
My work with clients focuses on building trust, embracing vulnerability, and empowering change. I use a neurobiological and body-based approach to support clients in understanding and transforming trauma, anger, fear, and pain.
My professional background is in domestic/sexual violence and family dysfunction. My training centers around treating developmental and complex trauma. I partner with local victim advocacy organizations (CAPS and DVACK) to provide therapy to survivors of abuse.
